Hello,

A little over a month ago I ordered the Fitbit Inspire HR. Just today it showed me that the battery was low after charging it only two days ago. After charging it, it would not turn on, or will show a smiley face and turn on only for a minute then would shut off and not turn back on. I have tried continuing to charge it and have restarted it multiple times. The same results have occurred over and over again.
