My fitbit screen won't dim to black and stays on all the time, which runs the battery down rapidly. How can I fix that?

Hello,
I am sorry to hear that, have you tried to reset the fitbit? if you wana try to reset it press and hold the button for at least a couple of seconds and a screen will pop up tap reset and hold down on the fitbit until it fills the circle, if you need any help let me know.
