Fitbit Inspire HR won’t show display when moving wrist to check info

Within the last week, my 2 month old Fitbit Inspire HR has stopped displaying messages or prompts when something comes through. I still feel the vibration but it seems the gyroscope mechanism is faulty. Any suggestions on a way to reset or fix this? 2 months old shouldn’t be having this issue imo

Hold in left button a few seconds.  Scroll down to see 'Notifications' and make sure they are not toggled off.

And check 'Screen Wake' that it is not toggled off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
