Fitbit Inspire HR won’t stay lit up

Yesterday my inspire hr randomly completely disconnected from my phone and wouldn’t turn on. I had to delete it from my phone and then reconnect and now when I flick my wrist or try to turn it on to check it. It only stays on for a second or two. Suggestions?

Hi @haleighflynn12, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR won't stay lit up longer than 1-2 seconds. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Fitbit device and see if the display stays on longer than two seconds.
