My band will not stay on my fitbit it is stillnwnder warranty but is about to run out . I think it has to do with the warch where it attaches and not the band.

I just had the same thing happen but the warranty is up. 35% discount is the best they would give. It sucks cause it's not my fault that the plastic doesn't hold the pin for the band anymore. I guess it's time to find a different tracker with a longer life. If they cannot stand behind their product and make something that will last longer than a year. I will take my business elsewhere.

Andrea it’s not the band. The bands are fine it’s the plastic where the pin fits in.
