Randomly stopped responding the touch screen yesterday. I've done a reboot around 10 times (smiley face and all). Today I can "tap" the screen but it still won't let me scroll. I've disconnected it from my phone and deleted if off the app as well. Nothing works. Is there a way to do a full reformat through my computer? All the instructions online only show how by swiping through the device....which I can't do.
