Fitbit Inspire HR won’t track bike ride

I have been trying to use my Fitbit Inspire HR to track my bike to and from work for the past week or so. I select the workout on my Fitbit and connect my phone and then press start.  After about a minute or so the Fitbit vibrates and shows the phone and Fitbit have been disconnected.  I have my location turned on to “Always” for the Fitbit App on my iPhone.  How can this issue be resolved so my Fitbit can be of use to me.

@RustyB24 It's good that the community is growing!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR losing connection with your iPhone. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
