I've had my fitbit inspire HR for 2 years and it was doing just fine until I couldn't turn it on anymore. I've tried literally everything even restarting the device but now my bluetooth can't connect with my fitbit. I've held the button down for 5 to 15 seconds waiting to see something happen but the screen stays black and wont turn on. Do I need to buy a new one or is their something else I have to do?

Hi @Julia232, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it won't turn on, sync or take a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please, let me know if your Inspire HR vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life and syncs with your phone properly.
