Fitbit Inspire HR won’t turn on

My Fitbit went blank earlier today and I assumed it died, but for about 30 mins after that (until I could get it to the charger), it would vibrate every couple mins. Eventually, the display showed the symbol that matches the “dashboard” section on the phone app but it didn’t last long. The Fitbit wouldn’t turn on once it was on the charger and still won’t after charging for over 2 hours. I have held the side button for extended periods, on and off the charger, with no change. Any ideas?

My inspire hr also has died like this  I have held the button down, charged it overnight and nothing. It is only about a month old. Could you point me in the right direction for help? Thanks!!!!

I had to email Fitbit about it and it was replaced, after I sent it back and they performed a trouble shoot on it. Good luck!

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this turning on issue. If your Inspire HR isn't responding, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and make sure you followed those instructions in order to restart your device.

I just got mine today and it wont turn on or nothing and it’s charged 100%. Can someone help me? It dont even vibrate so i dont know what to do
