I received this watch as a Christmas gift and have had no problems at all until now. This morning I took my watch off the charger and it wouldn’t turn on, won’t restart, won’t even vibrate or anything when I put it on the charger. I thought it was the charger but tried a new charger with no luck 😞 any suggestions thanks
