it worked whenni went to bed. Wouldnt turn on this morning....i pluged it in held the button down for the count of 12 seconds tried turning it on again after taking it off still nothing

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists after the restart I suggest you let our Support team know about this. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
