Hi there, I had my fitbit for just over a week, was very happy using it! Today it just switched off by itself and wont switch on! Any ideas what could be wrong?!

Have you tried letting it sit on the charger for awhile?

Hmm.. I remember this happening to my Alta after I charged it and just let it sit on the charger.. sorry I couldn’t help
