Fitbit Inspire Wont Turn On

I've seen another topic about this, but everyone elses still vibrates when charging and some just show the smiley face and nothing else. My boyfriend's doesn't turn on AT ALL. Wont charge, no vibration, no smiley face... Nothing. Does not work at all.

 

I saw one of the moderators suggested to press the button for 5 seconds when on charge, but that doesn't work either. Does anyone have any suggestions? He's had it less than a year.

Let me help you with your Fitbit Inspire not turning on and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. For your boyfriends tracker since it isn't charging I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your tracker charge.

It still won’t work and doesn’t connect snugly to charger I have taken your advice, I’m pretty disappointed

I tried all the recommendations listed but my inspire still wont turn on.  Please help.  Do these fitbit inspires last more than a year?

I bought mine exactly a week ago and the thing crapped out on me this tuesday- wednesday

I've had mine for 3 weeks and today it crapped out. Fully charged, won't turn on, tried to reset, nothing.

Let me help you with your Inspire screen not turning on. @George0us @SunsetRunner @SuperBoy since you didn't specify if you tried any troubleshoots or which ones you tried I suggest you restart your tracker following these instructions. After this try changing the clock face if the tracker is still syncing.

Ive tried all the articles you and other moderators have given me and nothing has been done. The darn thing just smiles at me and turns right back off even if its been charging for 30 mins.

I've followed all the care instructions/troubleshooting suggestions and nothing has helped. I've only had this fitbit for about 6 months. It won't turn on, there is no display and doesn't even vibrate when I connect the charger. It's still under the two year warranty...how do I file a claim to have it repaired or replaced?

Can u please start a ticket for me as well? I cant trouble shoot any of
your suggestions bc the fitbit wont turn on. I've tried charging and
resetting it. Nothing happens. It's just been a blank screen for 3 days
now.

Lucky you. I try to update mine but it won’t connect. It’ll show a line on the fit bit but will fail. I’m just gonna return my product and get the Apple Watch instead.
