Hello. I have a Fitbit Inspire that the band continues to pop off. I have purchased SEVERAL new ones with the same issue. It isn’t the band(s). The pins that hold the band to the fitbit won't stay in place and band keeps falling off over and over again. The body of the fitbit has tiny indentations for the pins that isn’t holding correctly on one side. HELP!

This is the second time it has happened to me. The hard plastic in the device breaks, so strap falls off. Is this a design fault - perhaps the device being quite long, on a smallish wrist the bend between it and the bracelet is put under strain. The 2st time this happened I was given a replacement, but I can’t keep asking
