I have been having numerous issues since the update, support are ignoring the obvious problem and have sent me a guide to reduce battery drain! If only that was the one problem! Having had Fitbits for three years i am fully aware of what to expect from a Fitbit. I think it’s time for a change and will not be recommending their products to anyone
