VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FITBIT. I PURCHASED THIS UNIT ON 4/8/22 AND AFTER NOT WEARING IT FOR AWHILE, THE BATTERY DIED. AFTER CHARGING IT, FOR SOME REASON THE TIME AND DATE IS WRONG AND IT DOESN'T COUNT STEPS AS IT SHOULD HAVE. I CAN SEE IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE TO LET THE BATTERY DIE WHILE I WASN'T WEARING IT AND DIDN'T REALIZE THE BATTERY WAS DEAD IN THE WATER. AFTER CHARGING IT, I TRIED RESETTING IT TO THE CORRECT TIME/DATE TO NO AVAIL.

Hi @1945BD. Have you tried syncing? I had a wrong time problem and I needed to sync my Inspire 2 for it to have the correct time.
