Hello. Why my Fitbit doesn't snow my active minutes after I did 13.000 steps?

Hi @SunsetRunner, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the active minutes tracking issue that your Fitbit Inspire has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and email.

 

In the case the issue persists, please reply to their last email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
