Why can I not set up a Fitbit Inspire for my 10yr old child? He has just received this as a gift for his birthday & when I try to set up his own account it says he is too young, create a family account (ok with that) but after setting up a family account it only has options for a Fitbit Ace or Fitbit Ace 2. What do I need to do?

Have to be 13 I think (or is it 12?) to have own Fitbit account, and family account supports only Ace and Ace 2.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
