Fitbit Inspire has black screen and won’t turn on

My fit bit inspire suddenly turned off and now it has a black screen. I have tried everything from cleaning the cable, clean the gold metal that connects, I held it for 10/20 seconds even longer but nothing. I have tried connecting it to my computer and my phone but because the Fitbit is switched off nothing will sync. Please help. I have bought it 3months ago from

argos. Can I take it back or would they refer me to you guys. Please help
