Fitbit Inspire has green lights flashing but no display.

I purchased my Inspire on 3/10/19 so not that long ago and I have had nothing but trouble with it. I have had other fitbit devices before this and have always had good use out of them but this one is I'm sorry to say is a piece of junk. It won't live sync and I have to manually sync to get it to register. I have had to reset it far to many times for a new device. The battery life has not been what they said it would be and now the final straw is that the green light is flashing but I now have no display. It will still sync but it's not much good as a watch or for any information for that matter. I purchased this Duty Free as I live outside of Australia and bought it on my way out as my last fitbit band had broken the night before and fallen off while I was out and about, otherwise I would never have purchased it DF as it cost the same anyway - not benefits there. How can I now get it replaced for a better model, or just plain get my money back so I can purchase something that actually does what it says it will.
