I am sooooo disappointed in this wristband. I have been extra careful to ensure the button was pushed all the way thru, checking frequently during the day that it was in place, but all it takes is a brush of the wrist against something, or pulling off a jacket and the clasp releases and the Fitbit falls off. This last time I was hiking in Zion, slid off my backpack and my Fitbit was gone! Poor design. This was a gift but I will not replace it.

That's terrible to hear. When I got my Inspire, I broke my fingernails trying to put it on. There are many places like Walmart or Amazon that sell good bands. You might be able to get a free replacement by contacting Customer Support.

Thank you for your response. Your link to Customer Service helped and after chatting with a rep, I am supposed to be getting an email in regards to next steps. I doubt they will replace the Fitbit, but hope they at least change the design. We'll see. Thanks again!!! Stay healthy.
