My Fitbit inspire seems to no longer track my walks, it records my steps but when I go into the app there is nothing showing I have walked, this is really annoying as I've been for a decent walk today and yesterday.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Sandyy1603.
Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling and recommend confirming that Auto-Exercise Recognition setting is set to "On" and restarting your tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
SmartTrack recognizes activities based on the continuous movement of your arms. Sometimes, motions such as placing your arms on the bar of a treadmill, or pushing a stroller while you walk, may interrupt SmartTrack. Additionally, stopping in the middle of an exercise may interrupt the activity tracking.
By default, SmartTrack recognizes an exercise that lasts at least 15 minutes. If your activities aren't being recognized, lowering the time auto-exercise recognition setting to 10 minutes may help ensure they record properly. For more information about SmartTrack, please review our help article: How do I track exercise and activity with my Fitbit device?
Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?
Hope this helps.

Nope none of that helped, I was wearing it on it's clip today, so it's not arm movement related.

My Fitbit has stopped tracking sleep and walks. It still tracks steps, but although auto recognition is turned on for both exercise and sleep, it has not logged these since May 9. I am not using a treadmill or exercise equipment. This is pure walking. I have always worn by device on my left wrist three finger widths above the wrist. Nothing has changed with me There is fault with the software or hardware. Looking back at previous forum entries, this problem has come up before (In 2018) and after the usual answers, it was eventually concluded it needed a fix from Fitbit engineers to sort it and a hardware update. I have restarted the device and it has made no difference. Please can you kick the problem upstairs?

My inspire hr has stopped syncing my sleep, steps, everything except for food and water(because I manually input that info) I've done everything recommended including setting my fitbit as new one. I even installed the newest update that was supposed to fix " Bugs" well it didn't!! I'm finding more problems with my fitbit since it was taken over..
