Fitbit Inspire is not charging

Hi,I have checked the forum but issue not resolved. I have tried my Fitbit Inspire with another charger and it won't charge. Before the charging went I couldn't swipe up or down for a couple of weeks. I bought it in Jan 2020. Does it need to be returned to Fitbit? I can't even turn it on.

I'm sorry it still doesn't work- it won't charge when plugged in to a mains socket.

I am having the exact same issue.

Had mine since feb, started that I couldn't swipe, then the screen was showing condensation and now it wont charge or restart.  All troubleshooting is not working.

I’m having the same issue as well.

I have found the new charger for the Fitbit inspire is very difficult to keep the magnets connected, one knock and it moves.  I end up sitting holding the two together to ensure the connection stays, not ideal in any way. I previously owned a Fitbit Alta which had a clip around the Fitbit when charging, a much better idea..
