For the first week my sleep was logged and now it requires me to add the time on my phone when I am going to sleep and not sure why this function isn’t working now?

After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks and syncs your sleep data.
Finally, monitor your Fitbit Inspire and see if it provides and logs your next sleep times properly.
