I have had my Inspire since Christmas and have never been able to receive any notifications from my phone. No call display, no text messages or calendar notification. Also now it has stopped automatically updating on my Fitbit app!!!? I have been on the phone to fit bit and I’m being told I just need to wait for an update on the app. Which could be a month or maybe longer. So since Christmas I have not had a Fitbit fit for purpose. I cannot understand why they will not provide me with a new one or at least try and slice these issues sooner
customer care is just non existing.

Sorry to hear about your Inspire not syncing nor getting notifications and thank you for reaching out to our Support team for assistance. If your device isn't syncing then it will affect notifications and automatic updates so lets address this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:
