Fitbit Inspire loses battery fast / Battery Drain

Hi. I own a Fitbit Inspire that I got as a gift for Christmas, which was about 6 months ago at time of writing. The problem with it is that when I found a watch about 3-4 days ago, I stopped wearing my Fitbit and left it on the charger for that amount of time unknowingly. When I come back today and sync it (3-4 days later), I take it off the charger and it is at 100%. 2 minutes later, it is at 67%. Usually, the percentage drop rate is a lot slower. It had done something similar when I first got it, instead dropping from 100 to 98 in about 5 minutes without using it. Later in the day, when I got home from school (7-8 hours later) it was at something like 94 or 92%. I had thought nothing of it, assuming it was a software glitch. Now, though, it's more of a problem. If anyone knows anything about this, please help!

Hi @thecoolbrat,

 

It sounds like something is wrong with the battery.  I would consider contacting Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and asking for a battery test.  I would be prepared to send in pictures as proof.
