I still get alarms and notifications on my Fitbit Inspire but it no longer vibrates. Can you tell me how to fix this?

I restarted my Fitbit and got the smile okay but no vibration. I then set a timer for one minute to see if it would vibrate then but it didn’t. So unfortunately a restart didn’t fix the problem. Please help if you have any other ideas.
