I have checked the Fitbit app sleep settings and it does not show an option for automatically tracking sleep, please help.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Krish78. Thanks for letting us know that you tried searching the automatically tracking sleep on the Fitbit App Sleep Settings. 

 

Your Fitbit Inspire automatically detects your sleep when you wear it to bed. I recommend wearing your device in a snug wristband while sleeping.
