Hi,

I just got an inspire Fitbit but I’m having trouble pairing it with my iPhone. I tried to install the app again, reboot the phone, turn on and off the Bluetooth, update the iOS (it’s 13.3) but no matter what, it does not pair with the Fitbit

Thank you for sharing this information with us. I really appreciate all the steps that you've done until now. Sorry to hear that your Fitbit is not connecting properly. Have you tried the steps here: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? 

 

What model of phone are you using?
