Hi, I got my Fitbit inspire today and synced to the app on my Samsung S20. The Fitbit is not receiving call or message notifications and there is no option on my phone settings or the app to enable these. Please help!
It was bought as a present for me and to supposed to receive the above notifications as per the advert and instructions.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Jellytotts.
I am sorry to hear you're not receiving call or text notifications on your new Fitbit Inspire. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. Usually a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend confirming the steps to set up notifications in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
Move on to the troubleshooting steps if the issue persists.
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

There are many of us experiencing this same issue. I've had my Inspire for just over a year and this notification problem just started in January. It isn't you. It is Fitbit, but the mods are pretending that there is some magical fix. I've tried everything excepting waving smoking sage over it, and it still isn't working consistently. (And just as I type this I got a notification, for the first time in 6 weeks, that the roads in my area are icy. Too bad I'm sitting an inch away from my phone and saw it pop up.) 🙄
