I’ve only had the Fitbit for 3/4 weeks and it used to swipe up and down on the menu fine, swiping down from the menu for my details and heart rate etc, and then swiping up from the menu to record workouts.
Now for some reason it doesn’t. Now when I touch the screen it cycles through my details under the time but won’t swipe anywhere. And if I hold the side button in, it changes to the battery level and a light bulb, but I can’t swipe or press anything from there.
I have looked through these forums and have reset the device a few times (by plugging in and holding the button down til it resets), and I have also restarted my phone, removed the device from my phone, reset Fitbit and connected again and still no luck.
