Fitbit Inpsire stopped tracking sleep in February and I think I have tried everything to get it back. I also pay for Premium, complete waste of money at the moment! Help?

Same here. I bought Premium specifically for the “Sleep Restoration” score information. It was displaying blank black graphs, with no data, for months. I was about to cancel my Premium membership, Then it appeared again as mysteriously as it had disappeared. I’d like a refund of at least 2 months of premium membership, but I didn’t keep records of the exact dates of the span of time the Sleep Restoration info was not provided. 😡

@coggins03 @A.B.C. It's great to see you in the Community!
Sorry to hear about this. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
This could be the app not showing your data properly so I also suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
Hope this helps.

Mine stopped recording sleep data on May 1st. I've tried every suggestion fit bit has made. Logging it manually is of no use to me as I purchased it specifically to track my sleep. This is the 3rd time this has happened this year. The other 2 times was right after an update and didn't correct itself until the next update. Extremely frustrating!
