Hi, my Fitbit Inspire is not turning on. I've been having this issue for a while and sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Last week I charged it with my computer and it was working fine until today. Now the screen won't turn on even when connected directly to my computer or power outlet, or pressing the button.
Please help solving this issue.

Same here, I called Fitbit customer service and they’re sending me a new one since it was still under warranty. They made me try plugging in the Fitbit to a charger and pressing down for 10 seconds and see if it turns on and then made me try it for 20 seconds. Since none of that worked they said they would send me a new one. I would give them a call if all the above fails. I believe warranty is valid for up to 2 years after purchase.
