Hi, my Fitbit Inspire time is 12 hours out. I can't change the time. I have tried changing the time zones and refreshing but no luck. Any ideas please?

Hi @Vickisunflower, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Inspire since the time is incorrect and it can't be changed. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Fitbit Inspire as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your Fitbit device from scratch and see if the time gets corrected.
