Set up new Fitbit Inspire via app on Windows 10 PC. Fully charged device. Successfully opened account. Went through set-up new device and entered 4 digit code from Fitbit display as requested. All done but fitbit sticks on screen showing Fitbit logo and scrolling words "http://fitbit.com/setup". Tried soft restart many times. No good. PLEASE HELP!!

Hi @MCBearsden You need to set up on a smart phone. Then the Inspire should sync to your laptop fine, but you need to set up first on a smart phone or tablet.

Thank you NellyG for your reply. Yes, I followed your suggestion and went through set-up on my iPad. Successful !! Device went through an update first and then it the issue was resolved. I now have a working Fitbit Inspire - THANK YOU. Take care.
