Fitbit Inspire screen shows a "fitbit.com/setup" message only

Hello! I've just got my fitbit inspire and using windows 10 in my laptop. I can't get past the screen showing www.fitbit.com/setup. What can I do? I' ve already tried restarting my fitbit many times ...logging in and off of the app..searched for updates but I can't find any...but nothing worked!!!what else can I do?

Hi @Melina21 Unfortunately you can't set up the modern Fitbits on Windows 10, but once it is set up using a Smart Phone, you can sync using Windows 10. You will need to access a compatible Smart phone to set it up, but it should work fine with W10  after that.
