My daughter got a fitbit inspire hr on 19/04/2019. Worked perfectly until today. Smiley face and vibrating every few seconds. No icon when on charge. No change when trying to reset it (on charge press button 8 seconds)

No charging icon when on charge.

Currently on charge 20 minutes no fix.

 

Any advice? She's lost without it!

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. The next step would be let our Support team know. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
