I got from around 5k steps to 47000 in the space of 10 minutes.
What's happening? This morning it didn't sync and i had to reinstall the app, now this unrealistic step count... What is going on and how to I go back to my earlier count?

Hi @AlessiaP88, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Inspire suddenly tracked 47,000 steps in 10 minutes and it's also experiencing syncing issues. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to restart your Fitbit Inspire as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains why your Fitbit device may track extra steps.
Regarding the syncing issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article.
Finally, monitor your Fitbit Inspire and see if it stops tracking a huge amount of steps and it syncs properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi @JuanJoFitbit thanks for your answer.
After I restarted it, I still had the 47K steps tracked, which messed up all my stats... But at least it didn't have any more problems.
Today though, sleep isn't being synced, and i have exactly double the steps, active minutes and km tracked on the app.
The data in the FitBit is correct, but no matter what I do the app shows exactly double: 12k steps vs 6k in reality and so on.
I tried disconneting the Bluetooth and updating app, nothing is working...
