Fitbit Inspire will not charge or turn on out of the box

I have an Inspire and when I removed it from the box and put on the charger overnight. I tried to turn it on and nothing happened. When I connect the charger I feel a vibration.

Hi @frostym5444  these devices charge within a few hours at most, so having it on the charger overnight is a bit much for it. Did you try restarting it?
