I just purchased my Inspire Fitbit. the charger will not stay connected to the back of the fitbit, in order for it to charge. It will show its charging momentarily as i connect it, but when I let go, it releases and will not charge.

Let me help you with the charging cable not clasping to the Fitbit Inspire. This is not an expected behavior so I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.

I have the exact same problem with the inspire 3. I just got it in the mail and opened it. Tried to charge it but the charger doesn't stay on. It gets loose on one side.
