I have a fitbit inspire which used to be connected to iphone and android. it became unconnected at some point and now I cannot connect it to any device. Here are the steps I have tried:
- reboot phone
- reinstall app
- removed inspire from bluetooth settings (before rebooting phone)
- reboot inspire
- have followed the pairing steps exactly as instructed (plugged in, etc)
- fitbit is not found on neither iPhone XR nor Pixel 2XL
Please let me know if there are other steps I can try or open a case for me. Thank you

@membrec thank you for the inquiry.
Usually they reply in the next 48 hours but this could be delayed due to current events. It may take 7 days to reply so I ask for your patience at this time. Still I checked with them and was informed that they have replied to you already.
I'll be around.
