purchased fitbit inspire 3 weeks ago ~ screen won't scroll. Only displays time. No trauma to the unit at all. Although it's supposed to be swim-friendly, I haven't gotten in the pool with it on, and I don't shower wearing it. The book that came with the fitbit has absolutely no troubleshooting info. Info online is sparse. Can anyone help? Since the screen won't scroll, I can't shut it off to try to reset it...

Thank you i had tried hold the button but didn't work. Once i plugged in the charger and did the same, about 8 or 10 seconds it restarted!

Mine did not vibrate either just the screen went blank i let go of the button and waited about 10 more seconds then unplugged it and hit the button again and it began to scroll and i could get all the other data. Even when it was stuck on the one screen it was still sending the data to my phone. Don't know if that will help you or not

I had the same problem. I had to plug it into the charger then a couple minutes later hold the side button down for 10 seconds or so. Then it resets itself.

I am having the same problem. I have tried restarting 20 times. I have changed the clock face. The fitbit is still tracking, but I can't access anything past the clock screen. Any help would be welcomed.

I'm having the same problem. My Fitbit is fully charged but only displays the time. It will not scroll up or down. My Fitbit phone app indicates that my inspire is tracking my steps etc.
