Fitbit Inspire won't swipe and it is deleting steps

My Fitbit will not let me swipe up or down. It lights up and shows the home screen fine. It also is deleting steps. I have already tried deleting it and reconnecting it to the app. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. And I reset my Fitbit multiple times.
