Fitbit Inspire won’t turn on after swimming

I’ve had my inspire for years but never swam with it until a few days ago. The first time I swam with it, it turned itself off, but after charging for a couple hours it was back to normal so I thought it was fine. The second time I swam with it, it turned off again so I left it to charge and it still didn’t turn on. I put it in rice to see if I could get any water out and after a night in rice it still didn’t turn on. I’m not sure what to do now.

Thank you, but I just went through and tried all of the things on the list and none of them worked. Is there anything else I can do. Also, this morning I noticed a few small water droplets in the screen. Is that what’s causing it to not turn on? If so, do you know how I can get them out?
