Fitbit Inspire won't turn on or take a charge

Hi my Fitbit has stopped working after trying to update. It got to installing update and just went black.

I have tried resetting it. Plugging it in to charge, holding down the button. It's just not working. 

Anything I can do or is it broken? Its only just a year old.
