I’ve tried connecting to multiple USB ports. I have held the button for a while thinking maybe that will reset it with no avail. Is the watch dead?? I got the watch in Jan.

Hi @Geniebeany, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Inspire since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
If you haven't contacted our Support team as my friend @Odyssey13 advised, please let me know if your Fitbit Inspire vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

I was having this problem, and contacted support and they told me to wipe down the charger and charging port with rubbing alcohol. This for me let me charge my fitbit again.
