Fitbit Inspire won’t turn on

Help! my Fitbit inspire is not powering on. It is new as of July and is fully charged (even says so in the app). Not sure how to turn in back on!

Hi @Rsthein, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Inspire since it's not turning on even though it's fully charged.

 

Please let me know if your Fitbit Inspire vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Fitbit device for 2-3 hours and see if it turns on.
