Went home for weekend and I took off my inspire of to get a shower. It vibrated and went black so I assumed it just died when I got home acouple days later I put it on charge for a couple of hours but when I tried to turn it on it wouldn't go on.
Tired holding in the button for 10 seconds but it vibrates and stays black everytime I hit the button.
Help me please

@Help.me Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire device and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Did you press the button while it was plugged to restart it? Could this be a charging issue? Is it still vibrating after these few days? Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. Finally try changing the clock face by following these instructions.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi, my Fitbit inspire is having this issue as well. It's fully charged and the screen, since yesterday, has stopped working. It doesn't light up. Please help!

I've had the exact same issue since Sunday. My Inspire is charging right now and still won't turn on.

My screen is no longer working either. The Inspire has 62% charge and is still calculating steps when I look in the app, but the screen won’t turn on at all.

I am having the same issue. I noticed it this morning. I've had ot for less than a year. This seems to be the worst Fitbit
