Thank you for your reply, @Tiziodcaio.
I appreciate the additional details and recommend trying the following:
1. Make sure your tracker is charged.
2. Turn your tracker off and on again using the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
3. Restart your phone, and retry a setup.
4. Log in to your Fitbit account on a different device, and retry the setup and update.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Tiziodcaio.
Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. If you're using a Windows 10 device, firmware updates are no longer supported on these devices. I recommend to set up your tracker using a compatible iOS or Android device: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker? After updating your tracker, you can re-pair it to your Windows 10 device.
Let me know how it goes.

I did all of the things suggested, and I called customer service, but got disconnected. I’ve done all of the things and still can’t get the update to go through. Can anyone help, please?
