Fitbit Premium trial being charged

I just signed up tonight for the free 90 day premium Fitbit but was already charged and it says it will charge me again on June 12th. Why? Where’s my free 90 days? Usually you don’t pay till after the 90days.

Let me help you with your Fitbit Premium trail being charged to your account. You can apply to the 90 days trail if you haven't used any trail before (including the standard 7 days trail). Still you can reach out to our Support team so they can review what happened with your account. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so please keep working with them to find a solution.
